 * Product Accuracy: We strive to display the colors, details, and dimensions of our artificial jewellery as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may slightly vary due to screen settings or photographic lighting.

 * Pricing & Availability: All prices listed on the site are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without liability.

 * Errors & Omissions: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error, Glimpart reserves the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for that item.

3. Orders & Payment

 * Order Acceptance: Receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order for reasons including inventory shortage, payment issues, or suspected fraud.

 * Payment Methods: We accept online prepaid payments as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes. For COD orders, payment must be made in full upon delivery.

4. Shipping & Delivery

 * Shipping Policy: We offer Free Shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery timelines will be provided at checkout.

 * Delivery Delays: While we strive to deliver within estimated timelines, Glimpart is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical issues.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

 * Return Window: Eligible returns or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

 * Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged.

 * Damaged/Defective Claims: Claims for damaged or missing items must be made within 48 hours of delivery accompanied by a clear, unedited unboxing video.

6. Intellectual Property

 * All content on this website—including images, product photographs, logos, brand name, copy, and graphics—is the exclusive property of Glimpart and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

 * Glimpart shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.

 * Our artificial jewellery requires care (avoiding direct contact with water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals). Glimpart is not responsible for damage resulting from normal wear and tear or improper care.
